Fees and Payments

The Centre is run on a “Not for Profit” basis and therefore fees will be kept minimal while ensuring appropriate and substantial funding. Please be aware that the cost of the program is calculated based on the session, therefore there are no half day or hourly rates available.

Family Membership Fees:

An annual membership fee is charged to every family when they enrol or re-enrol at the centre each year.
Membership fees are below:
Term 1 – $20
Term 2 – $20
Term 3 – $10
Term 4 – $20 (includes Term 4 and the annual membership fee for following year)

Before and After School Attendance Fees:

Ezidebit Fee:

Administration Fee (once only): $1.10

Bank Account Transaction Fee: $0.88

Credit Card Transaction Fee: VISA/Mastercard 2.2% (min $0.88); AMEX/Diners 4.4% (min $0.88)

EZIDEBIT Dishonour Fee: $14.80 per dishonoured transaction (to be charged directly from Ezidebit)

Centre Dishonour Fee: $35.00 per dishonoured transaction (to be applied to parent account at the centre)

Late Collection Fee:

Any parent who collects their children after 6pm (by the Centres clock) will be charged a late fee as set by the Management Committee. Late fees are charged at $10.00 for the first 10 minutes or part thereof, followed by $1.00 per minute thereafter

This applies even if you are a few minutes late (by the Centre’s clock) for any reason. After three (3) late fees in the one term, your place will be cancelled.

Please phone the Centre if you are going to be late (late fees will still apply). This will also enable staff to inform your child of your call to avoid any anxiety.

Non-Notification Fee:

If your child will not be present at a session you must either log in to the webserver & mark them away or let the centre know to avoid unnecessary confusion & concern. The roll is checked in each session to make sure all children are present. If your child is absent and the Centre was not informed, a search fee of $10.00 will be charged to your account

Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR):

The Kids Castle is an approved Childcare centre, which means that our families can claim CCB and the 50% CCR, if they are eligible.

All families who are Australian residents may apply for fee assistance through the Child Care Benefit Scheme.

At the time of enrolment, in order for us to be able to formalise your account so you can receive your rebates, you must provide us with:

1. Guardian registered to receive CCB/CCR

2. This person’s CRN

3. This person’s DOB

4. Each child’s CRN

5. Each child’s DOB
